Automation
& CRM.
Connect enquiries, customer information and follow-up without making your team work around disconnected tools. LogicWoven helps businesses design practical workflow automation and CRM integrations, with human judgement where it matters.
Less repetition. Clearer ownership.
If an enquiry arrives in one inbox, gets copied into a spreadsheet and waits for someone to remember the next step, the problem is more than a missing integration. The workflow needs clear stages, reliable information and an owner for exceptions.
We start by understanding how work moves today. That means looking at triggers, handoffs, duplicate entry and places where a person needs to make a decision. The goal is a simpler, understandable process—not automation for its own sake.
What we can deliver
The engagement is scoped around the workflow and the systems you have. Depending on their access and integration options, deliverables can include:
- A workflow map showing triggers, responsibilities, decisions and exceptions.
- CRM organisation: useful contact fields, pipeline stages and clear rules for keeping records consistent.
- Enquiry routing, internal notifications and follow-up tasks tied to the right record and owner.
- Connections between forms, CRM records and reporting tools, with agreed data mappings.
- AI-assisted classification or drafting where appropriate, with review before consequential actions.
- Test cases, a documented handover and agreed support responsibilities.
From workflow to working system.
First, we agree what should trigger the process and what a successful outcome means. Next, we check permissions, available APIs, data quality and platform limits before choosing an implementation. A small, reviewable workflow is usually a better starting point than replacing every tool at once.
Testing should cover more than the happy path: missing information, duplicate enquiries, failed connections and actions that need approval. We agree where failures are surfaced and who handles them, so a quiet failure does not become an invisible backlog.
Before we start
Bring the names of your tools, a sample workflow with sensitive details removed, and the manual steps your team repeats. Note who owns the data and who can approve access. Please do not send passwords or private customer records in an initial enquiry.
Timing and cost depend on the number of systems, their integration capabilities and the quality of the existing data. Third-party subscriptions, usage charges and ongoing monitoring are discussed separately rather than assumed to be included.
Questions about automation.
Does the workflow need AI?
Not necessarily. Rules-based automation can be easier to test and maintain when the decision is predictable. AI is considered only where it addresses a specific need, with its limitations and review requirements made clear.
Can we keep our current CRM?
We review the existing setup first. Reusing it may be the right answer, but integration access, export options and the way records are organised determine what is practical.
What if the process starts on our website?
Form design and the handoff into your systems should be considered together. Explore our web design and development service for the public-facing side of that journey.
A useful next step
Start with the problem.
Bring your current tools, the work you want to improve, and any constraints. A discovery call helps us identify a practical starting point before agreeing scope, timing or cost.
