Who is responsible
LogicWoven is the professional brand of Mudassar Ahmed, an independent freelancer providing technology and creative services. Mudassar Ahmed is responsible for personal information handled through this website. Services are provided 100% remotely. For privacy questions, contact logicwoven@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and a message. Company, budget and timeline are optional. Direct emails contain the information you choose to share. Please do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, arrange discovery calls and manage agreed services and related communications. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing.
The form delivers enquiries to LogicWoven’s Gmail inbox. It does not publish your message or create a public profile. The website application does not keep a separate database of enquiry content. Copies may remain in email correspondence and provider backups. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form displays an error so you can contact us directly.
Technical information and abuse prevention
Our hosting infrastructure processes connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting-provider access and security logs are separate from the enquiry application. The application does not write enquiry content, email addresses or raw visitor IP addresses into its own logs.
To limit misuse, the application keeps a protected identifier derived from your IP address and timestamps of admitted attempts. These records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. Records older than 24 hours expire when the next admission check runs; this is not scheduled deletion or a guarantee that all stored copies are erased within 24 hours.
Cookies and browser storage
The website application does not set cookies, use local or session storage, or include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Animation controls apply only within the current page. Fonts, illustrations and scripts are served from our own website. Third-party websites you choose to visit may use cookies or storage under their own privacy notices.
Service providers and external links
Hostinger provides website hosting. Google Gmail is used for enquiry emails and correspondence. The booking button opens Google Calendar rather than loading an embedded booking widget; booking information is handled through Google’s service. Discovery calls use Google Meet. We do not record calls, create transcripts or use an AI meeting assistant by default. The website does not integrate call recording, transcription or AI analysis.
LinkedIn and Upwork links open external profile pages, not embedded social tracking widgets. Those services handle information under their own policies when you visit them. The website does not automatically send enquiries to a CRM or AI service.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice.
We delete unsuccessful enquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact, except where ongoing discussions or legal obligations require retention. We carry this out through manual review and deletion, not an automated deletion system.
We retain client correspondence during service delivery and afterward only for agreed support, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution needs. Deletion reviews cover records held in email and booking services where relevant. Backup copies may remain subject to the provider’s retention and deletion processes. The website’s abuse-prevention records follow the expiry process described above.
International processing
Remote service delivery, hosting and Google services may involve processing information outside your country. Processing locations depend on the services used. You can contact us with questions about the providers involved in handling your information.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to use the enquiry form and contact us directly by email instead. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to conditions and lawful exceptions.
Mudassar Ahmed handles privacy requests via logicwoven@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request relates to you; please do not send identity documents unsolicited. Where applicable, you may also complain to the competent privacy authority.
Security
The website uses HTTPS, restricted application access, protected credentials, request validation and rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through the form or email.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when services or data practices materially change. The date above identifies the latest update.
